Stergos Marinos ( Greek Στέργος Μαρίνος , born September 17, 1987 in Kos ) is a Greek football player .

Career

Marinos began his career in the youth team of Asklipios Kos before moving to Atromitos Athens in 2005 . It was already used in the 2005/06 season. In the first season, the midfielder was seventh in the top Greek league. After eighth place in 2006/07, they were relegated in 2007/08. With the championship title 2008/09, the promotion followed.

After the rise, Marinos moved to Panathinaikos Athens . There he was also able to play on the European stage for the first time. In the group game of Group F against the representative from Turkey , Galatasaray Istanbul , he played through. The game in Athens was lost 1: 3. In 2010 he won the double with the club straight away and made his debut in the senior national team during this time .

After four years in the capital, he then moved on to the Belgian club RSC Charleroi .
