The tax college Dr. Endriss GmbH & Co. KG is a private German school for advanced training in tax, accounting and controlling. It was founded in 1950, is now part of the Amadeus FiRe Group and looks after over 14,000 participants annually. Its range of courses includes around 500 face-to-face and distance learning courses. It also offers internal training for medium-sized and large companies. A "Master of Arts in Taxation" is offered in cooperation with Aalen University.
history
The tax college Dr. Endriss in Cologne in the early 1950s. From 1975 it was headed by Horst Walter Endriss , the founder's son. At first she specialized exclusively in preparing for the tax advisor exam and then expanded her offer to include further qualifications in the field of professional advancement training . The tax college is a partner of the Federal Association of Accountants and Controllers (BVBC) and supports the association and its members in their work. In the mid-1990s, the tax college Dr. Endriss is countering the decreasing number of exam registrations from the Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IHK) in this area with its own examination model for controllers . In 1999, the tax college established the first course to become a “Euro balance sheet accountant”, which was offered shortly afterwards as an IHK qualification as a “balance sheet accountant - international” in cooperation with the Cologne Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With the integration of the Academy for International Accounting, the tax college Dr. Endriss continued to expand its range of qualifications in international accounting in 2005. A degree with a focus on IAS / IFRS and US-GAAP has been developed under the designation “Certificate in International Accounting (CINA)”, which is legally binding registered at the German Patent and Trademark Office and may only be awarded by the Academy . Taxmaster GmbH was founded in 2010 in cooperation with Aalen University . In spring 2010, this will offer students a master’s degree with a focus on tax law . The four- to seven-semester master’s degree integrates preparation for the professional tax advisor examination and also ends with the academic degree of a Masters of Arts .
