Stevan Paul
Stevan Paul (* 1969 in Ravensburg ) is a German food stylist , journalist and author .
Life
Paul grew up in Ravensburg , where he completed an apprenticeship as a chef in the Waldhorn restaurant with Albert Bouley from 1988 . From 1990 to 1995 he worked in leading German restaurants . Since then he has worked as a food stylist and author for magazines, advertising agencies and publishers. From 2004 to 2006 he was in front of the camera as a television chef for the RTL lunch magazine Punkt 12 . He is the founder and co-organizer of Kaffee.Satz.Lesen , the Sunday salon in Hamburg for new literature, and co-editor of two anthologies on the reading series. Since 2009 he has also published fiction texts (two volumes of short stories and a novel) as well as various cookbooks, among others. a. also as co-author of Tim Mälzer . Stevan Paul runs the food blog NutriCulinary.com under the pseudonym Mr Paulsen . Paul lives in Hamburg .
