Steve Houanard
Steve Houanard (born April 2, 1986 in Paris ) is a French cyclist .
In 2008 Steve Houanard won the Trophée des Champions and took third place in the Tour Alsace . In 2009 he was tenth in the overall ranking of the Driedaagse van West-Vlaanderen . In 2011 he started at the Vuelta a España and finished in 133rd place.
After Houanard tested positive for EPO in an out-of-competition doping control on September 21, 2012 , his team ag2r La Mondiale suspended him and he was banned for two years by the Union Cycliste Internationale on January 18, 2013 with his consent .
