Steven Leslie Hallard (born February 22, 1965 in Rugby , Warwickshire ) is a British archer .

Hallard competed in four Olympic Games . 1984 in Los Angeles he was 21st singles, which he repeated at the 1988 in Seoul . In 1992 he achieved the best individual placement with 13th place; four years later in Atlanta he disappointed at the age of 55. He was more successful with the team: at the start in 1988 and 1992 he was able to achieve the bronze medal. Hallard shot for the Dunlop Archery Club . In 1989 he became vice world champion.

After finishing his active career, he opened a shop selling and renting bows and accessories.
