Steven McGarry (born September 28, 1979 in Paisley ) is a retired Scottish football player .
Career
societies
His first professional positions were the Scottish clubs FC St. Mirren , Ross County and the first division club FC Motherwell . In the 2005/06 season he was substituted on for Motherwell seven times. Over the next four years, he became a top performer at Motherwell.
In 2010 he moved to Australia in the A-League at Perth Glory . In Perth he was the undisputed regular player from the start and was in the finals of the A-League with his team in 2010, 2012 and 2013. However, he could never win the national championship in Australia.
