The Stevens rock is a small and isolated cliff rocks 1.5km before the Mawson coast of the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Lands . It is located 2.5 km east of the mouth of the Strahan Glacier .

Participants of the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929-1931) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson discovered him in February 1921. Mawson named him after Commander Charles Whettnall Stevens (1879-1967) of the Hydrographic Office of the Royal Australian Navy .
