The Stierfessel is a periodic karst spring designated as a natural monument near Oberküps , a district of Ebensfeld in Upper Franconia .
description
The bullfetter is located on the right side of the valley of the uppermost Kellbach , east of Oberküps. The famine only pours on some days of the year . The spring water of the bullfetter then rises from the Malm of the Frankenjura .
The Stierfessel karst spring has been designated as a valuable geotope by the Bavarian State Office for the Environment (geotope number: 478Q001).
