Stijn D'Hulst (born April 24, 1991 in Kortrijk ) is a Belgian volleyball player .
Career
D'Hulst started his career with the local volley team Kortrijk. He then played at VT Marke-Webis, which is also based in Kortrijk. From there, the setter, whose father was also a volleyball player, moved to Vilvoorde . In the 2009/10 season he was part of the Vlaams Beloftenteam. Then he moved to the first division club Knack Roeselare . He won the national cup in the first 2010/11 season. He also played with the club in the Champions League . In 2011/12 Roeselare took part in the CEV Cup . In the 2012/13 season, D'Hulst won the championship and cup double with Roeselare, while the Champions League was over after the preliminary round. In the following year the title was defended in the championship and the entry into the first playoff round of the Champions League . In 2015 D'Hulst became Belgian champions for the third time in a row with Roeselare and in 2016 there was the next double. In the Champions League, the Belgians had to admit defeat in 2014/15 and 2015/16 after the preliminary round. D'Hulst played with the Belgian national team in the 2016 World Volleyball League . In the 2016/17 season, Roeselare defended both national titles with D'Hulst and was among the top twelve teams in the Champions League . With Belgium he took part in the world league again and just missed the final round. He was then committed by the German Bundesliga club SWD Powervolleys Düren . In the 2017/18 season he reached the last 16 of the CEV Cup with Düren , but had to admit defeat in the playoff quarter-finals of the Bundesliga. Then d'Hulst left the club again.
