The 2015/16 season of the Volleyball Champions League was the 57th staging of the highest endowed European competition for men's club teams. It began on November 4, 2015 and ended on April 17, 2016 with winning the Zenit-Kazan title .

In the group stage there were seven groups with four teams each. Each team competed at home and away against each of the three opponents. There were three points for a 3-0 or 3-1 win, two for a 3-2 win and one point for a 3-2 defeat. The group winners and the best runners-up qualified for the playoffs . There they determined three participants for the Final Four in two rounds, each with home and away games . The host of the Final Four was the fourth participant to qualify directly after the group stage. The best teams not qualified for the playoffs continued to play in the CEV Cup .

1Due to diplomatic tensions between Russia and Turkey , the Russian representatives did not play their away games in Turkey in December 2015. These games were rated as 0-3 set defeats by the executing association.
2Due to financial difficulties, the Romanian representative Tomis Constanța withdrew from the current competition after the fourth match day. The executing association rated the remaining two games as 0-3 set defeats.

At the Final Four on April 16 and 17 in Krakow , Asseco Resovia Rzeszów , who were chosen as hosts by the CEV after the group matches were over, played against the three teams qualified in the play-offs.
