Volleyball Champions League 2009/10 (men)

The 2009/10 season of the Volleyball Champions League began on December 2, 2009 with the group stage. 24 teams from 15 nations took part in the competition.

mode

In the group stage there were six groups with four teams each. Each team competed at home and away against each of the three opponents. The two best teams in each group qualified for the playoffs. There they determined three participants for the Final Four in two rounds, each with home and away games . The host of the Final Four was the fourth participant to qualify directly after the group stage. The four best thirds in the group played on in the CEV Cup .

Final Four

Due to the plane crash near Smolensk , the tournament was initially canceled. It finally took place on May 1st and 2nd, 2010 in Łódź .
