Volleyball Champions League 2011/12 (men)
The 2011/12 season of the Volleyball Champions League began on October 18, 2011 with the group stage. 24 teams from 16 nations took part in the competition. German participants were champions VfB Friedrichshafen and Generali Haching , who had received a wild card; the Austrian participant was the Hypo Tirol volleyball team Innsbruck .

In the group stage there were six groups with four teams each. Each team competed at home and away against each of the three opponents. There were three points for a 3-0 or 3-1 win, two for a 3-2 win and one point for a 3-2 defeat. The two best teams in each group, as well as the third team with the best points and sets, qualified for the playoffs. There they determined three participants for the Final Four in two rounds, each with home and away games . The host of the Final Four was the fourth participant to qualify directly after the group stage. The four best thirds in the group played on in the CEV Cup .

Final Four
At the Final Four on March 17 and 18 in Łódź , Skra Bełchatów, who was chosen as the host after the end of the group games by the CEV, played against the three teams qualified in the play-offs.
