Halkbank Ankara is a Turkish sports club from Ankara , whose volleyball men and women teams play in the highest Turkish leagues. The full name of the association is "Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. Spor Kulübü ”. The association was founded on July 21, 1983 as a works association of Halkbank .

The men's volleyball team has been five times Turkish champions (1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996) and four times Turkish cup winners (1992, 1993, 1996 and 2013). Internationally, Halkbank Ankara has been active in the Champions League , the CEV Cup and the Challenge Cup since 1992 . The greatest success is winning the 2013 CEV Cup . The volleyball women achieved promotion to the highest Turkish league in 2013.

Handball

The men's handball team won four Turkish championships (1987, 1988, 1992 and 1994). In 1996 she won the trophy. In 1992, 1993 and 1994 the men won the "President's Cup".
