Stillwater Pond State Park is a state park in the US state of Connecticut in the area of ​​the municipality of Torrington . The main attraction is Stillwater Pond, which is 100 acres (40.5 hectares) and allows boating and fishing. There is a paved boat ramp by the lake. Especially in autumn, the lake is a popular destination because of the impressive autumn colors of the forests.

The Stillwater Pond is a reservoir on the upper reaches of the Naugatuck River . The West Branch Naugatuck River is fed by Marshal Lake Brook and Drake Pond Brook, as well as other small streams. Another reservoir ( Brass Mill Dam ) can be found on the eastern edge of the reserve. John A. Minetto State Park (approx. 1 km north) and Sunnybrook State Park (approx. 100 m east) are in close proximity .
