Stow Greencastle locally also, Castle Tump called, is a ruined castle near the village of St Briavels in the English county of Gloucestershire .

The castle is said to have been built after the Norman conquest of England . It consisted of a small moth with a ringwork that was once 35 meters in diameter. Today the remains are only 25 meters in diameter. There was a protective moat around the high mound in the middle . The entrance to the castle was on the south side of the fortification. From the castle the Stowe Valley could be defended and it was believed to be the forerunner of St Briavels Castle in the same area.
