Spreadable sausage
As pate is called spreadable when spreads used sausage .
Depending on their production, a distinction is made between cooked sausages such as liver sausage and pate and raw sausage such as tea sausage and spread sausage . After the German Food Code the former are also cooking meat paste called, for which purpose also cooking sausage is one that is not spreadable.
