Stubai Farmer's Theater

The Stubai Farmer's Theater is one of the oldest farmer's theaters in Tyrol .

founding

The theater group was founded in Fulpmes in 1903 by Ludwig Hupfauf and Hans Klingenschmid. The former headed the fate of the club as chairman for over half a century, but was also a playwright, game director and from 1961 also worked as an actor. Founding member Klingenschmid died in 1934.

Home evening

For more than 50 years, the Stubai Farmers' Theater has also had the Stubai Homeland Evening in its program, which was largely set up by Herbert Mair in the 1950s. With a male choir, room music, slide show and Schuplattlergruppe, this home evening stands out from cheap folklore.

Numerous guest appearances in Tyrol , South Tyrol , Nuremberg and Brandis (Saxony).
