Sukur is an ancient cultural landscape in the Madagali Local Government Area in the state of Adamawa in Nigeria .

It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999 .

The country and the surrounding villages are dominated by a hill with the palace of the chief ('Hidi'). The fields are laid out in terraces. There are numerous remains of a once flourishing iron industry.
