Summer ale

Summer Ale is a top-fermented beer of the type ale . It is also called English-Style Golden Ale , which is similar to Pale Ale . The hop content is low. The Summer Ale is described as tasty and with little residual sweetness. Sometimes wheat flakes or wheat malt are added to the mash . The alcohol content is around 3 to 4% vol.
