Summer Rayne Oakes
Summer Rayne Oakes (* 1986 , Pennsylvania , USA ) is an American model. She is described as the first globally successful eco top model .
During her studies in Environmental Sciences ( Natural Resources and entomology ) at Cornell University , where she graduated as valedictorian, she began modeling with the intention to reach a wider audience for their commitment to environmental protection and sustainability. In addition, she still gives specialist lectures and lectures; with the consulting agency SRO advises young eco fashion - labels . In addition, she co-produces and moderates an American television series ( Style Trek ), which tries to convey ecological awareness in a show .
She had a major appearance in Germany in January 2011 at the Berlin Fashion Week in the THEKEY.TO trade fair for sustainable fashion and lifestyle.
