The Suontee is a lake in the Finnish Lake District in the Finnish landscapes of Southern Savo and Central Finland .
The lake has an area of 142.55 km² and lies at an altitude of 94.1 m. It is divided into a western and an eastern part. In the eastern part there are the partial lakes Kotkatselkä , Kampinselkä and Hautoselkä . In the western part lies the main part of the lake with the secondary basin Saposelkä .
The Suontee flows west to Viheri and on to Jääsjärvi and is located in the catchment area of Kymijoki .
