Supa Strikas is an English-language animation series produced by Strika Entertaiment since 2008. It is based on a Malay - South African comic series of the same name .

The Supa Strikas team would like to win every cup of the soccer super league. In order to achieve that, the team has to assert itself against the other, rather unfair teams. Most of the time traps are set up by the other teams, so that Supa Strikas has worse chances.

Production and publication

The series has been produced by the Strika Entertaiment studio since 2008 . Greig Cameron, Nolan Balzer and Bruce Legg will direct, and Bruce Legg will also produce Richard Morgan-Grenville and Andrew 'Big Show' Blodgett. Greg Tarlton is responsible for editing and Jeff Eden for sound.

The series was first broadcast on November 7, 2008 by SABC 1 in South Africa. The first season of 13 episodes was followed by five more. It was later broadcast by Disney XD in the USA and Turkey, among others . A German dubbed version is available via streaming on the YouTube and Kividoo platforms .
