Disney XD is an American television station owned by the Walt Disney Company that replaced Toon Disney in the United States. The target group of the station are children from 6 to 14 years. Sister channels are Disney Channel , ABC and ABC Family . It first went on air on February 13, 2009. On March 31, 2020, broadcasting in Spain and German-speaking countries and on April 7, 2020 in France were discontinued.

Disney XD in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
On October 9, 2009, Disney XD also launched in Germany on Sky in the Sky Welt package and Teleclub and replaced the Disney broadcaster Jetix . However, in contrast to Jetix, the broadcast lasted 24 hours. In Switzerland, Disney XD was available on UPC Switzerland in addition to Teleclub .
