Supaul is a city in the Indian state of Bihar .
The city is the administrative seat of the district of the same name . Supaul is 253 km northeast of Patna . Supaul has the status of a City Council ( Nagar parishad ). The city is divided into 28 wards (constituencies). The Supaul Nagar parishad had a population of 65,437 as of the 2011 census date, of whom 34,421 were men and 31,016 were women.
