Susanna Martinková

Susanna Martinková (born August 19, 1948 in Rijeka ; born Zuzanne Blaskò Marinkovà ) is a Croatian actress who appears primarily in Italian film productions.

Zuzanne was born to a wealthy Croatian family. When she was only three years old, she posed for advertising shots, so she decided early on for an artistic career and made her film debut in the early 1960s. She made her debut in the role of the youthful Hanka in 1962 in the Czechoslovakian film Die Mannsbilder ( Letos v září ), which premiered a year later, directed by František Daniel . Further film assignments followed, such as the spaghetti western Django, the bastard (1967) at the side of her future husband Gianni Garko or the film biography Shock Troop into the Hereafter (1968), which thematized the last days of the revolutionary leader Che Guevara . She appeared frequently in Italian B-films in the 1970s until the actress retired into private life in 1999.

Susanna Martinková was married to the actor Gianni Garko from 1973 to 1986.
