Susanne Kleinhenz (born October 30, 1965 in Nuremberg , died December 5, 2018 ) was a German author .

Life

Kleinhenz completed an apprenticeship as an insurance clerk (IHK) in 1984, further training as an insurance specialist (IHK) in 1987 and completed an apprenticeship as a marketing clerk (IHK) in 1995. After studying for a degree in business educator doctorate Kleinhenz 2015 Doctor of Philosophy with the topic Dialogic management as an approach to employee satisfaction. From 1989 to 2012 she worked in the insurance industry. Since 1990 Kleinhenz has worked as an organizational developer, trainer and coach and since 2006 as a speaker . Since 2012 she has been the owner of the Institute for Organizational and Personnel Development, Change Management and Executive Training live-academy .

In 1998 she received a certificate for NLP teaching trainer ( DVNLP ). Since 1999 she has been allowed to practice psychotherapy with a permit under the Heilpraktikergesetz .
