The German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming e. V. (DVNLP ) is an association of NLP trainers and users in Germany , based in Berlin .

history

The association was founded on August 28, 1996 in Berlin . For this purpose, the German Society for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (DGNLP), founded by Thies Stahl in 1981, and the NLP (TGNLP) trainer community that he initiated in 1990 , as well as the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (GANLP) founded by Bert Feustel in 1992, joined forces. and the NLP resonance group founded by Gundl Kutschera in the mid-1980s .

On March 31, 2008, the German Society for Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy (DG-NLPt) , founded in 1997 in Bielefeld by Jürgen Leistikow, Renate Lipcke, Thies Stahl , Daniele Kammer and Wilhelm Nölting, dissolved and became part of the DVNLPt section of the DVNLP . The DVNLP is associated with the German umbrella association for psychotherapy and accredited by the European Association for Psychotherapy .

organization

The association is a founding member of the umbrella association of further education organizations. V. and the European Association of NLP e. V., the Berlin-based European umbrella organization for NLP users.

Around 1900 users, NLP instructors and NLP trainers are organized in the association. A DVNLP-certified training course is a prerequisite for membership. There are specialist groups and regional groups that are mainly represented in the old federal states .

Among the honorary members of the Association include Birgit Bader, Robert B. Dilts , Bert Feustel, Bernd Isert (†), Heide Janowitz, Gundl Kutschera , Franz Alberich Pesendorfer (†), Heinz Raab (†) and, until his exit from the Association in April 2015, Thies Stahl . - "Jens Tomas, Cora Besser-Siegmund, Babak Kaweh, Martina Schmidt-Tanger and Franz-Josef Hücker" were appointed honorary members at the 20th anniversary gala of the DVNLP (Berlin, October 29, 2016).

aims

The association represents the interests of its members in relation to science, business and politics. The association wants to ensure quality standards for NLP trainings, promote the exchange about NLP and related fields in German-speaking countries, improve the level of awareness of NLP in the public, further develop NLP and scientifically research the effectiveness of applied neuro-linguistic programming.

Working method

Current NLP developments are presented at the annual NLP congress of the DVNLP. The congress always has a motto. The ordinary general assembly takes place before the congress .

The training and further education commission of the association develops the NLP curricula, monitors the quality of the qualified NLP trainings and recommends the granting of teaching authorizations to the board (instructor trainer, DVNLP). The board of trustees of the association defines the guidelines for training and further training for all NLP training levels and training profiles. In this regard, the association also cooperates with the German Association of Occupational Therapists .

The association publishes election test stones that are available for several state elections (2011, 2013: BE , SH , NW , NI ) and for the 2013 federal election . The association is the publisher of the "NLP Guide" Denkweise , which was published in its 5th edition in 2013, as well as the Transfer series , in which two specialist books have been published so far.

research

In October 2013 an internal scientific advisory board was established. Birgit Bader, Ludger Brüning, Franz-Josef Hücker and Winfried Siffert were appointed as members. The Scientific Advisory Board should increasingly direct the association's focus to studies on NLP and related methods and evaluate their quality scientifically.
