Sven-Bernhard Fast
Sven-Bernhard Fast (born May 30, 1951 ) is a retired Swedish Lutheran bishop . From 2011 to 2018 he headed the Visby diocese .
Life
Almost studied Lutheran theology and philosophy. He was ordained in 1973 for the Luleå diocese . From 2003 until his election as bishop in 2011, Sven-Bernhard Fast was General Secretary of Sveriges Kristna Råd .
In March 2011, Sven-Bernhard Fast succeeded Lennart Koskinen as Bishop of Visby. He resigned from the episcopate on May 26, 2018 for reasons of age.
