Sven Schneider (dart player)

Sven Schneider (born on May 9, 1979 in Dillenburg , Hessen ) is a German-Brazilian darts player.

Life

Sven Schneider began at the age of 16 in his hometown Mittenaar with Electronic Darts . He celebrated his first successes early with third place in the German team championship. In the years of electronic dart he was able to celebrate more than 250 tournament victories regionally and nationally.

In 2006 he began to play in the first team of TSV Ginnheim in Frankfurt am Main Steeldart . He also played national and Hesse-wide tournaments in the Steeldart from this time on.

He has been living in Brazil since June 2013 and started playing darts there in August 2013. He has been a national player for Brazil since 2014. He was used at the Americas Cup and Caribbean Cup in Tampa , Florida in 2014 .

At the WDF / BDO major tournament Americas Cup he was able to play in the last 16.

Since 2015 he has been the operator of SADC (South American Dart Corporation) and organizes professional darts tournaments in South America. At these tournaments the players have the opportunity to qualify for the PDC World Cup of Darts (Brazilian team) and the PDC World Championship.

  • 2015: Winner Copa Brasil, Winner Tatui Open, Brazilian Champion in men's singles and men's doubles, qualification for the America's Cup and the Caribbean Cup 2016 in Barbados.
  • 2016: Tocantins Masters winner, Frankfurt Open winner, Tatui Open winner, Brasil Professional Championship winner, Brazilian master in men's singles
  • 2017: Copa Brasil / PDC qualifier winner, Brazilian champion men singles, Brasil Profissional winner in doubles (with Diogo Portela), winner Tatui Open, 2nd place "BigOne" 2017
