Sveriges Radio P3 (SR P3) is a radio program from Sveriges Radio based in Stockholm , which is completely free of advertising. It is a music program with an unusually high word content and is broadcast nationwide in Sweden via FM and DAB . With the exception of the music, the program is entirely in Swedish.
General
SR P3 mainly plays pop and rock music, but extreme styles of music such as metal and hip-hop also have their place. The proportion of Swedish music is also very high, so that Swedish artists can be promoted well.
Thanks to a very well developed FM transmitter network, SR P3 broadcasts far into the neighboring regions of the neighboring countries Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany. The 60 kW transmitter on the coordinated frequency 97.0 MHz from Hörby (→ Sender Hörby ) completely covers the Danish island of Zealand and the Copenhagen metropolitan area , and SR P3 can also be received on Rügen .
