Svetulka Island (English; Bulgarian остров Светулка ostrow Swetulka ) is a rocky, 150 m long and 90 m wide island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is the northernmost of the Onogur Islands off the northwest coast of Robert Island and is 0.52 km northwest of Shipot Point , 1.3 km east-southeast of Cornwall Island and 1.74 km southeast of Rogozen Island . It is separated from Osenovlag Island by a 20 m wide strait .
British scientists mapped it in 1968, Bulgarian in 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2013 after the town of Swetulka in southern Bulgaria .
