The Swinhope Burn is a watercourse in Northumberland , England . It arises northwest of Allenheads from the confluence of Struthers Sike , Rowantree Cleugh , Deep Cleugh and Shop Cleugh and flows in a northeastern direction. Northwest of Spartylea it flows into the River East Allen .
