Sybille de Sélys Longchamps

Baroness Sybille de Sélys Longchamps (born August 28, 1941 in Uccle ) is a Belgian noblewoman . According to her own statements, she had a liaison with the later Belgian King Albert II.

Life

Sybille de Sélys Longchamps is the daughter of Count Michel François de Sélys Longchamps and his wife Countess Pauline Cornet de Weise-Ruart. In 1962 she married the entrepreneur Jacques Boël. She had a liaison with then Prince Albert, which supposedly lasted from 1966 to 1984. The relationship resulted in a daughter, Delphine Boël (born February 22, 1968 in Uccle). Albert II confirmed his paternity after a long court process on January 27, 2020. The marriage with Jacques Boël ended in divorce after the birth of their daughter.

Sélys Longchamps lived in London for a long time , but is now back in Uccle .
