Sylvester Morand (born before 1966 in the USA ) is a British actor .

Life

Sylvester Morand was born in the United States . As a stage actor he has appeared at the Royal Lyceum Theater in Edinburgh . He made his film debut in 1966 in an episode role in the television series The Wednesday Play . He was best known for the role of Nikolai Rostov in the BBC series War and Peace , which premiered between 1972 and 1973. In the German-speaking countries, Sylvester Morand is pride and prejudice through depictions in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and the Jane Austen film adaptationknown. Most recently he was in a small supporting role in the film Agora - Die Säulen des Himmels in front of the camera.

Sylvester Morand's brother Timothy Morand is also an actor. Sylvester Morand, who lives in the London borough of West Hampstead , is married to actress Susan Engel, who was born in Vienna in 1935 .
