The symbols of the Opole Voivodeship include a coat of arms, a flag and two logos.

The coat of arms of the Opole Voivodeship depicts a golden crowned eagle on a blue background. The eagle looks to the right. The coat of arms was adopted on September 4, 2001.

The coat of arms goes back to the historical coat of arms of Upper Silesia .

The flag of the Opole Voivodeship consists of two horizontal stripes. The coloring is based on the coat of arms.

The top blue stripe takes up 2/3 of the flag, the bottom gold stripe takes up 1/3 of the flag.

The flag was adopted on September 28, 2004.

The old flag of the voivodeship was based on the flag of Upper Silesia. The historical flag of Upper Silesia consists of two horizontal stripes of equal size. The top stripe is gold, the bottom blue.

The first logo of the Opole province consists of the Piast of Opole and blue lettering Opolskie.

The second logo of the voivodeship consists of a flower made of yellow and blue stripes, in the middle of the flower there is the O of the word Opolskie. The logo is complemented by the lettering kwitnące (blooming), i.e. Blooming Opole Voivodeship.
