Former synagogue in Velvary

The synagogue in Velvary (German Welwarn ), a Czech community in Okres Kladno in the Central Bohemian Region , was built in 1931. The address is ulici Karla Krohna 527.

The synagogue , which was built in the functionalism style according to plans by the architect František Albert Libra , has been a protected cultural monument since 1999 .

The building has served as a painting school for years .
