Synagogue (Geistingen)
The synagogue in Geistingen , a district of Hennef in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia , was built in 1862 and destroyed in November 1938. The ruin of the former synagogue on Sövener Straße is a protected architectural monument .
The building was renovated in 1912 and burned to the ground during the November pogrom on November 10, 1938 .

The ruins of the synagogue were partially preserved and are now integrated into a memorial that recalls the history of the Jewish community in Geistingen.
