Páva Street Synagogue (Budapest)

The secular synagogue at 39 Páva Street in Budapest , the Hungarian capital, was built in 1923. The synagogue , classified as a cultural monument , is now part of the Holocaust Remembrance Center .

The synagogue was built according to plans by the architect Lipót Baumhorn , and the property was donated by the industrialist Géza Belatini Braun. The building was renovated in the 2000s.
