SyncMate is a shareware - synchronization tool by Eltima Software. It allows the synchronization of information between Mac OS X and Android , with other Macs, USB stick and with the Google account (both directions). The SyncMate can also be used to make a backup copy of the data on the online account.
There are two editions of SyncMate: Free and Expert. SyncMate Free Edition is offered free to download and use. The Expert Edition, on the other hand, is not free and has additional features.
A Windows Mobile device can be connected to the Mac via USB or WLAN . The synchronization of Nokia is via Bluetooth , the synchronization of Macs with other Macs is possible via Ethernet .
SyncMate Free Edition
The Free Edition of SyncMate syncs contacts and iCal between the Mac and supported devices / accounts. You can also make a backup copy of the data in the online storage (50 MB); the duration of the use of the backup storage is 1000 years. The following plugins are available: Info about the device, SMS reader, Internet sharing and activity logs.
SyncMate Expert Edition
SyncMate Expert is shareware (you can upgrade from SyncMate Free) and has all the features of the Free Edition plus the synchronization of iPhoto , iTunes , folders, bookmarks, Safari , tasks.
The following plugins are available: SMS Manager, list of applications, call history and mount disc (allows mounting of a device as an additional volume).
