Architecture and history
The two-story building was built in 1938 as a residential building for the owner of a sawmill . The light wooden structure was built on a brick base. The house consists of a construction made of wooden stands and has a faceplate . The building is covered by a mansard hipped roof . Illuminations are built into the roof .
The form of construction is considered rare and is classified as valuable in terms of building history.
