The HONEYCREEPER ( Cyanerpes ), also called sugar birds or Naschvögel referred to are a genus colored iridescent to the Tanager belonging birds in the rain forests of the Neotropics are located from Central to South America. The males are usually shiny turquoise blue, the females green. Turquoise birds feed on nectar and with their long beaks are perfectly adapted to the host flowers.
