tab is a trade journal for technical building equipment and is aimed at engineers specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, sanitary, electrical, measuring and control, building automation, conveyor technology and renewable energies - and thus covers the entire range of topics in supply technology. The tab is an organ of the BTGA , the Federal Industrial Association for Technical Building Equipment. V. and has been published by Bauverlag BV GmbH, Gütersloh , since 1970 .

Both specialist articles on individual trades and extensive construction analyzes under the aspect of the entire technical expansion with illustrations, tables, installation plans, circuit diagrams and true-to-scale drawings made in our own drawing studio form the main focus. The subject of energy requirements for new buildings and renovations takes up a significant part of the reporting. There are also current reports and presentations of new products.
