TM Rotschönberg (* 1961 in Karl-Marx-Stadt ), actually Thomas Müller , is a German painter and graphic artist who stands out with large-format, brightly colored works with a violent style in the sense of "synthetic expressionism".

Since childhood he has been intensively involved with painting, but also with mathematics and later with chemistry. After training as a skilled worker, after compulsory military service and high school diploma, he began studying chemistry at the University of Freiberg in 1981.

For a year, from November 1984 to November 1985, he was interrogated by the State Security about fortnightly. Since 1985 he has shown his pictures in regular solo and exhibition participations. Psychoanalysis, with which he has been concerned since 1982, becomes the subject of his greatest interest, which is expressed in a 150-page work on the topic: "The definition of a healthy personality and its socially necessary framework from the perspective of psychoanalysis" . Since receiving his doctorate in organic chemistry in 1990, he has been working as a freelance painter and graphic artist in Siebenlehn ( Obergruna ). In 1997 the first illustrated book about his painting was published. An orchestral work composed by him was performed and recorded on CD at Augustusburg Castle in 1999 as part of the exhibition FORM - FARBE - GESTE (with Dress, Fischer, Grimmling, Hampel, among others).
