The TNSW 3400 is a type of container ship that was developed by the TKMS Blohm + Voss Nordseewerke shipyard association and built by the Thyssen Nordseewerke in Emden and the Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft in Kiel.

With the launch of construction number 559, the last new build of a six-series of 3400 TEU container ships, on December 11, 2009 at around 11:00 a.m. at the Nordseewerke in Emden, commercial shipbuilding came to an end. After floating up, the ship was hauled to the equipment pier, where it was completed in 2010.

The ship type TNSW 3400 is set up for the transport of dangerous cargo and has a maximum container space capacity of 3400 TEU. With a homogeneous loading with 14 ton containers the capacity is lower. There are also 500 connections for refrigerated containers.
