The dance sport community Quirinus e. V. Neuss (TSG Quirinus Neuss) is a dance sport club in Neuss . The association was founded in 1986. He has deals in competitive sport ( Standard and Latin ) and a Late information and width sports ( ballroom dancing , disco fox , Zumba and children dancing ).
Latin formations
A-team
The A-Team of TSG Quirinus Neuss has been competing in league competitions for a long time, mainly in the Regional West Latin and Oberliga West Latin. In the years 2007 to 2009 the team managed to "march through" from the Landesliga West to the 2nd Bundesliga Latin: In the 2006/2007 season the team won the Landesliga West, a year later the Oberliga West and finally in the 2008 / In 2009, the Regionalliga West also qualified for participation in the promotion tournament to the 2nd Bundesliga, which the team with the musical theme "Explosive" was also able to win. In the 2009/2010 season, TSG Quirinus Neuss' A-Team managed to march through the 2nd Bundesliga, which it finished with 2nd place and thus direct promotion to the 1st Latin Bundesliga. In the 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 seasons the team danced to the musical theme "I am yours" with music by Beyoncé , in the 2012/2013 season "All of me" was the musical theme. In the 2013/2014 season, the team competed with the theme “Dynamic”. The coaches of the A-team at that time were Nadine Chifari, Sebastian Schwind, Patrick van Tetering and Michael Maas.
In the 2016/2017 season, a formation community was founded with the TTC Mönchengladbach-Rheydt. The A-Team of FG TTC Mönchengladbach-Rheydt / TSG Quirinus Neuss started in the Oberliga West I Latin in the 2016/2017 season.
The formation community's trainers are currently Andreas Hellendahl and Tamara Kleinschmidt
B team
A B team competed in the West Latin regional league for TSG Quirinus Neuss in the 1990s and in the 1999/2000 and 2000/2001 seasons. Since the 2007/2008 season, a B-team has been competing again, which qualified in fourth place in the first season in the Landesliga West for participation in the promotion tournament and made it to the Oberliga West Latin. The 2008/2009 season in the Oberliga West took second place and qualified again for participation in the promotion tournament, this time for the Regionalliga West Latin, in which the team achieved promotion to the Regionalliga West Latin with second place.
In the following years the team danced in the Regional League West Latin, which it won in the 2011/2012 season. In the subsequent promotion tournament, the team reached 2nd place and was promoted to the 2nd Latin Bundesliga. In the 2014/2014 season, the B-Team does not compete in league competitions in the 2nd Bundesliga. The TSG Bremerhaven A team moved up to the vacated starting place .
The last coaches of the B-Team were Nadine Chifari, Kai Stasik and Patrick Ferreira Sa.
Further formation
The C-Team appeared in the regional league West Latin for the first time in the 2008/2009 season. In the 2009/2010 season the team won the regional league and rose by winning the subsequent promotion tournament in the Oberliga West Latin. The team also won the following season in the Oberliga West, but missed promotion to the Regional League West Latin with 3rd place in the promotion tournament.
In the 2011/2012 season, the C-Team did not participate in league competitions. Most recently, Anette Gurnik and Alexander Horst were the trainers.
