history

The company was founded as TTL Information Technology AG on May 10, 1999. The company's purpose was to offer computer systems and software solutions on a leasing basis for large customers. The abbreviation TTL stood for Thurn and Taxis Leasing. On July 12, 1999, the company went public on the Neuer Markt of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange . After the business failure, the company was an empty shell for several years. At the end of 2016, the later chairman of the supervisory board, Gerhard Schmidt, acquired a stake in DIC Asset through a holding company in return for a contribution in kind . In February 2018 the company was renamed TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG.
