Tacy Kneale
Tacy Kneale (* 1958 in Paddington , London ) is a British actress and painter .
Tacy Kneale is the daughter of Judith Kerr and Nigel Kneale and the sister of Matthew Kneale . She completed an apprenticeship at the Central School of Speech and Drama and then had a number of television roles. She later studied art and worked for animation studios. She designed characters for Dog Soldiers , Animal Farm and the first four Harry Potter films .
