Tadeusz Aziewicz (born October 31, 1960 in Sopot ) is a Polish politician of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ).

Life

Tadeusz Aziewicz graduated from the University of Gdansk at the Faculty of Transport Economics ( Wydział Ekonomiki Transportu ). He then worked at the University's Institute for Theoretical Economics from 1987 to 1995. At the same time he was editor of the newspaper Tygodnik Gdański from 1989 to 1990 . From 1990 to 1998 he was a member of the Gdynia City Council . From 1991 to 1998 Aziewicz worked as a research assistant at the Instytut Badań nad Gospodarką Rynkową . From 1994 to 1998 he was Deputy Chairman of the Sejmik of the Gdansk Voivodeship . Subsequently, from 1998 to 2001 he was chairman of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection ( Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów ).

In 2005 he was able to gain a seat in the Polish Sejm as a member of the citizens' platform . In the early election of 2007 , he again moved into the Sejm. Here he is a member of the State Property Commission .

Tadeusz Aziewicz is married.
