Tadeusz Edward Ross (born March 14, 1938 in Warsaw , Poland ) is a Polish actor and politician of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ).

Life

In 1959 he finished his studies at the Warsaw State Theater School . He then played mainly in the Komedia and Syrena Theater in Warsaw. In the early parliamentary elections in 2007 , Ross entered constituency 19 Warsaw and was able to win a mandate for the Sejm of VI with 2,712 votes . Win parliamentary term . He also ran in the 2009 European elections , but was unable to enter the European Parliament with 13,027 votes. On December 17, 2013, however, he later succeeded in entering the European Parliament after two members of the European Parliament resigned from office as they were appointed ministers in the government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk . His mandate in the European Parliament runs until at least July 2014.
