Tadeusz Siara
Tadeusz Michał Siara (* 1941 in Kuczyńka , Gostyń County ) is a Polish graphic artist .
He studied graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow (branch in Katowice) and at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam .
Since 1969 he has exhibited in Poland and abroad (approx. 40 individual exhibitions ), participates in collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad and in numerous international biennials and triennials of graphics. He has received several prizes and honors in graphic competitions. His works are in museums and private collections in Germany and abroad.
In his works he depicts man-made reality, he transforms the common image into the metaphorical, but never shows the physical man himself. He tries to depict the closed cycle, the cause of human creation and the effect of the created on man himself, he does not judge this interplay, but leaves it to the viewer.
